Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email mallery@enamra.com. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return address will be provided upon approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom/personalized items

• Perishables or personal care goods

• Hazardous materials

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
